Adinda, Zeta Mutia. 2022. "Developing Children's Fine Motor Skills Using Easy Models in Group A1 at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 09 HSU". Thesis of Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Lambung Mangkurat University. Advisor Prof. Drs. Ahmad Suriansyah, M.Pd., Ph.D.
Keywords: Fine motoric, ENAK model ( explicit instruction, numbered head together, and traditional game of congklak).
The problem of this research is that the children's fine motor skills have not developed optimally, especially in coordinating the eyes and hands to perform complex movements and controlling hand movements using smooth muscles in group A1 TK Kemala Bhayangkari 09 HSU children. The efforts to develop teacher activities, children's activities and their development outcomes are the ENAK model. The purpose of this research was to describe teacher activities and children's
activities as well as to analyze the results of children's fine motor development in performing complex movements and controlling hand movements using smooth
muscles. This research used a qualitative approach of Class Action Research (CAR)
with four meetings. The subjects of this research were the 18 children of group A1
TK Kemala Bhayangkari 09 HSU. The types of data in this research were qualitative and quantitative data obtained through observing the activities of teachers and children. Quantitative data obtained from measurement techniques with individual tests. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative descriptive text described by tabulation and graphs presented with established indicators of
development success. The results of this research showed that the activities of the teachers in the first meeting met the criteria quite well, the second meeting reached the good criteria, the third meeting reached the very good criteria and the fourth meeting
reached the very good criteria. Children's activities at the first meeting reached the
criteria of being less active, the second meeting the criteria of being quite active,
the third meeting reaching the very active criteria and the fourth meeting reaching
the very active criteria. Classical completeness of children development results at the first meeting reached 33%, the second meeting reached 61%, the third meeting
reached 83% and the fourth meeting reached 100%.
Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the combination of
the ENAK model could increase teacher activities reaching the very good criteria
and children's activities reaching the very active criteria and the results of children's
development achievements developing with very good developing criteria. It is recommended for school principals, teachers and further researchers to be input for
information to improve learning in children.
